Source Measure Unit (SMU) – UNIT-X200
The Ossila UNIT-X200 Source Measure Unit is built for fast, flexible electrical characterization of next-generation devices. Measure I–V characteristics for solar cells, LEDs/OLEDs, transistors, and more. This dual-channel system integrates four functions on a single board: two SMU channels (voltage source + current measurement) and two precision voltage-sense channels. A general-purpose shutter/trigger I/O is also included for sending/receiving control signals to external instruments.
