They offer excellent UV transmission and high optical clarity, while also providing outstanding thermal resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1200°C. This makes them suitable for heat-tolerant applications such as optical windows, high-temperature viewing ports, and heat-resistant microscope slide-style components.
